Also hand in your plan of comparison for Sonnet 75 and The Flood Tide comparing message, imagery, and tone. When you decide what you like, also discuss what is considered quality writing and whether you think the authors did a good job with their works.

Expository: Exposes or explains the facts; gives information Use present tense. e.g. "Cornell notes use 2 columns."
Persuasive: Presents an opinion and supports it with evidence. Use present tense. e.g. "Hawaii is great. It has beaches, comfortable temperatures all the time, and people who have the aloha spirit of love."
2. Write all 4 paragraphs with at least 35 words each: DESCRIPTIVE, NARRATIVE, EXPOSITORY, PERSUASIVE.
