HW: Read Blake's two Chimney Sweeper poems pp623 & 625, then write an AP exam essay (40 mins) comparing and contrasting the two poems considering the author's use of poetic techniques. Use a pen name. Students will evaluate essays in class.
HW: Read Chapter 4 p46 in Sound and Sense. Take notes and answer questions on poems 29 & 30. For poems 31-38, select enough to read and answer 9 questions.
PERIOD 6:
1. Check 2nd try for ACT Section 2 Part 1 and hand in
2. Test on 3 problem types from Section 2 Part 1
